Product Description

Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is an excellent water-based adhesive. The general product is flake, granular or flocculent. It is not easily soluble in cold water. Heating is generally required during dissolution. After being finely pulverized and surface treated, it has better cold water dissolving performance. But because of its thermoplasticity, pulverization becomes particularly difficult. Our factory adopts a special liquid nitrogen low temperature cooling process to ensure that the powder of the crushed material is uniform. So that the material has excellent water solubility.

Aqueous solution in the storage process is not degenerate.E,Film:As the high adhesion between PVA molecular, PVA is easy to form a colorless, transparent film with good mechanical strength, smooth surface without tacky, and good solvent resistance. Monolayer has excellent light-admitting quality , high permeability rate, no charged, no absorption and good printing character . The Chemical PropertyPVA can be seen as a linear polymer with a hydroxyl polymer. Hydroxyl of molecules which has high activity can be a typical chemical reaction of low-alcohol, such as esterification, etherification, ac e tal, etc and can also react with a number of inorganic compounds or organic compounds.

Application

1) In textile industry ,PVA is mainly used as a warp dressing agent, textile finishing agent and the raw material of vinylon.

2) In construction and upholstery industry 107 gule, it's used as an additive of cement and mortar, inner and outer wall paints, and moulding board binder;

3) In chemical industry, It's used as a polymer emulsifying agent, dispersing agent and used to produce PVA for-mal, PVA a-cetal and PVA butyral.
